About the Company:
ARC is a small & mid-market investment bank, with offices China, U.S and LATAM. Our financial team specializes on public listings and assisting companies to grow exponentially through Mergers & Acquisitions and Joint Ventures. Our team is growing and we are looking to hire an intern to work with us starting as soon as possible in our Shanghai offices as an accounting, audit and compliance manager assistant. Among the task to executive will be: Perform day-to-day book keeping and financial operations. ? Maintain full set of accounts and timely reporting of results to CFO. ? Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. ? Handle Budgets, Forecasts, Cash flow and Financial Analysis. ? Preparation for Corporate Tax Returns. ? Maintain account integrity and controls ensuring internal compliance policies. ? Liaise and support in annual Audits, Legal and Tax matters. ? Research and Market analyses ? Support the Manager in the daily operations ? Valuating companies ? Ensure to provide all the fillings to the authorities on time. Requirements: Degree in Finance, Accountancy and related. ? Highly numerate, analytical and business focused. ? Fluent in English. ? High attention to detail, meticulous and able to work under pressure ? Able to work independently and with a high degree of commitment and integrity. ? Advance Excel knowledge, knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus. ?
