岗位：外教招聘顾问

岗位职责Responsibilities：
1、根据公司发展需要，负责外籍教师、管理岗类人才的招聘；
Responsible for recruiting foreign teachers and managerial personnel.
2、执行招聘计划，协助招聘经理开发并维护国内外招聘渠道；
Implementing recruitment plans. Assisting in developing and maintaining recruiting channels.
3、发布职位信息，筛选简历，安排初面；
Posting job information, screening resumes and conducting first round interview.
4、收集、整理外籍候选人材料，及时录入公司候选人管理系统；
Collecting and sorting out the information of foreign candidates; updating the database.
5、联系拟聘外籍候选人，进行人才匹配，安排现场面试；
Contacting foreign candidates, mapping and arranging on-site interviews.
6、候选人入职前、后期的跟踪；
The follow-up of candidates before and after on-board.
7、上级领导交办的其他工作。
Other work assigned by managers.

任职条件 Requirements：
1、本科及以上学历，英语专业者优先，倾向于应届毕业生；
Bachelor degree or above, English major preferred.
2、英文水平达到4级及以上水平，要求能进行基本的英语对话；
CET-4 or above; basic communication skills in English.
3、富有责任感，具有良好的沟通能力；
With responsibility and good communication skills.
4、积极主动，工作高效，结果导向。
Be active,efficient and results oriented.
