Major Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive support to those teams (Retail Start-up Enabling, Retail Performance Management);

    1)Pre-communication with dealers   2) Team rollout update   3)Sort and archive project reports

2. Project satisfactory survey conducting, including survey impletion, data calculation and tracking feedback;

3. Shared calendar monthly collection, including communication with internal and external project departments (such as Training Academy, CRM and Aftersales), results recording and tracking;

4. Support project research like monthly KPI data collection and report writing;

5. Take part in Lync meeting and write meeting record, translate and maintain project documents.

6. Complete the tasks arranged by department accordingly, including booking meeting room, claim check, annual leave, data check and collection.

 

 

Basic Requirements:

Undergraduate/Postgraduate students in colleges or universities

Fluent oral and written English

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office                                         

Detail-oriented, conscientious and efficient

Guaranteed internship period is no less than 6 months, at least 4 days per week

 

工作内容：

1.与经销商沟通, 统筹管理驻店辅导项目日程;

2.完成项目的经销商和区域经理满意度调查,包括调查实施,数据分析和跟踪反馈;

3.统筹协调所有培训辅导日程与其它各部门对接，与培训学院,销售部门,售后部门,二手车部门,客户关系管理部门进行协商;

4.辅助项目管控,进行KPI监管,完成项目报告;

5.参与团队例会并做会议记录；翻译各类文件、ppt(中英互翻);

6.为团队提供其他多方面支持，包括但不限于，会议室预定，报销审核，年假纪录，各类数据检查及统计等.

 

职位要求：

1. 专业不限，本科或研究生在读，要求在职期间保持学生身份，无法保证的同学请不要投递简历

2.部门同事大部分是外国人，要求英文听说读写流利，中英文转换顺畅

3.熟练掌握Office软件，尤其是Excel和PPT

4.工作认真负责，严谨细致, 具备优秀的沟通能力

5.保证每周五个工作日（特殊情况可请假），持续6个月

工资：全勤3000元/月，税后

工作时间： 9：00-6：00
