| 职位描述 | What we offer: Exposure to a highly international and diverse work environment Hands on experience as a project contributor, involve in various Human Resource projects (e.g. China Sales Trainee project, Recruitment Module Modification Project) Consolidate and Analyze daily personnel information/ report Optimize daily operation (e.g. study current daily operation process and propose optimization to improve efficiency) Working in a passionate and dynamic team Exposure to Henkel leadership team Individual development and professional mentoring Performance incentive for the top performers Chance to be fast-tracked in 2018 Management Trainees recruitment What we are looking for: Currently taking up Bachelor’s degree in any study (Management and Psychology preferred) Can render at least four (4) days a week for six (6) months Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel and PPT) Excellent English Communication Skills Proactive and with strong learning ability | ||||||||||
