Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct internal and external audits per master audit schedule
2. Act as CAR administrator and ensure up-to-date status, conducts verification and closure process. Maintain database.
3. Act as administrator to maintain quality e-system and timely fix any issues. Conducts quality e-system training
4. Coordinate management review and consolidate relevant material/report.
5. Drive Quality dept. internal improvement project & QCC projects.
6. Drive factory Change control management through CCRB.
7. Summarize routine quality report for factory internal review.
8. Line nonconformance issue disposal through MRB and eDR system application.
9. Apply 8D methodology to drive quality issues solving (line quality excursion/complaint complaint etc) systematically.
10. Others activities assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications：
-Education: Bachelor or above degrees in microelectronics, material, EE, physics and semiconductor
-Language: Good written English and basic oral English
-Experience: 0~1years’ work experience including 0~1 years’ quality expertise experience in a high paced environment
1. Basic knowledge on QMS and quality tools.
2. Good inter-personal and communication skills.
3. Basic system analysis and logic skills.
4. Knowledge in electronics industrial environment preferred.
