The IS Engineer is responsible, autonomously, for all or part of the development, deployment and monitoring of IT solutions (functional analysis, design, development, deployment, operation, support, cost of replacement), in line with Group strategies

My responsibilities:

I know, understand and apply the strategies developed by the market, my customers, DKT-IT and my BU for IT products. I contribute to build these strategies in my domain

By the knowledge of my customers and technologies, I develop a long term win-win relationship, and I can advice them to take right decisions

I translate the functional needs of my customers and I modelise IT product

I make required IT technical actions to build or integrate IT product according to the technical specifications

I guarantee duplication, deployment and support of IT product in order to be well used by final customers

I know the referenced IT components and modules, know their interaction. I identify those missing. I am able to create new solutions by assembling .

By anticipating actions I avoid, I solve and I animate incidents resolution to make sure that a global and permanent solution is found as quick as possible to ensure my customer business

I guarantee a secure, reliable, available, powerful and compliant IT application / environment

I define and I respect the communication plan for my scope and make sure that my message is clear, easy to understand

At any time I know and can explain the key indicators to make good decisons about my business

I am able to identify, mobilize and animate ressources, without relationships, to obtain the elements necessary to achieve objectives

My profile:

Sporty and practicing regular sports experience.

Vital, full of passion & energy.

Good organization, negotiation and communication skills.

Strong team spirit, willing to learn and able to master it.

Sincere, responsible, and with outstanding executive ability.

Able to finish the tasks given by the leader and achieve the target in a required deadline.

Able to work under pressure, willing to take challenges.

Accept frequent business trips and good mobility.

Very fluent both in Chinese and English; French will be a plus.
