Position - 2017 | APEJ | Beijing| HCM | Seasonal/Off Cycle Internship
JobDescription:
1. Dataand Headcount analysis, reporting and presentation
2. TrainingProject preparation and coordination
3. Followup with on-boarding and off-boarding process
4. Officeadministration and filing
5. Phonecoverage and client support plus other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Workwith high efficiency and be able to adapt quickly to a multi-task workingenvironment
- Proactiveattitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Attentionto details and a good team player
- Goodat MS Office (Excel/Word/PPT)
- Fluentin both oral and written English
- Opens to the full time undergraduatestudents who are due to be studying at a university in China in the 2018-2019 academic year
- Available for full time work at least 4days a week and last for one year, the work location is Beijing
