Job Summary
After the 1 month centralize training, the management trainee will be assigned to the related position such as business operation manager, service department manager and merchandise negotiator with both way choice and company requirements.
Stage 1: Basic retail knowledge and practice training
Stage 2: Practice in Carrefour stores
Stage 3: Performance appraisal and evaluation
Requirements
1. Interested in retail, internship experience in retail is preferred.
2. Bachelor degree,2017 graduates only
3. Good command of English both in written and oral English
4. Earnest, diligent, patient, logical thinking and acuminous business sense
5. Strong analyzing, planning, and organizing ability
6. Good at communication, coordination and team work
