Job Title: Management Trainee – Manufacturing

Job Description
1. On an annual basis, prepare operating budget with assistance of accounting consisting of manufacturing departmental budgets reviewed by subordinated managerial function
2. Prepare monthly production efficiency reports including efficiencies, scrap, and other related performance indicators to illustrate performance of overall operations.
3. To lead by example and to motivate individuals and teams toward intended objectives with the overall central objective of achieving company goals while providing a high degree of customer satisfaction
4. Support of Strategic Quality efforts and achieve both the associated short and long term goals of the company
5. Coordinate closely with the Manager of Special Projects in the planning, construction, installation and tooling of production equipment and facilities.
6. Inventory management - Inventory is to be managed consistent with established goals utilizing vendors as a major factor.
7. Utilize, promote and develop higher level and advanced manufacturing-related computer systems.
8. Ensure and support continuous improvement process in the manufacturing operation.
9. Provide leadership and support, setting of goals and monitoring progress and training through performance evaluations.
10. Provide key input towards development of job descriptions and actively participate in wage and benefit decisions relative to the job.
11. Participate in the quoting process, labor, equipment requirement etc. and customer visits to aid in attracting new business.
12. Participate in business plan, managing equipment, machinery, building requirements, forecasts and manufacturing budget input.
13. Carrying out other tasks related to this position
Job Requirement
1. Graduate in Engineering related majors
2. Good at written and verbal English
3. Knowledge in the area of automotive industry
4. Master Degree or above
