Tradex China offers a Management Trainee program for talented graduates, with the aim of grooming them into future business leaders.

 

Our Management Trainee program is 18 months in duration. During this period, Trainees will:

1.  Undergo a customized training curriculum in specific functional and personal development areas.

2.  Rotate through major business functions for on-the-job training.

3.  Broaden their exposure by working with the management team on projects.

 

Who We Are Looking For:

1.  University Graduates from any discipline; those with less than 2 years' working experience will also be considered.

2.  Keen interest in pursuing a career in IT and/or finance.

3.  Energetic, with excellent people skills.

4.  Self-motivated and career-oriented.

5.  Willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-track program.

6.  Good command of spoken and written English.
