- Project – University engagement ambassador
- Support engagement activities with universities and tertiary institutions in respective city (Shanghai or Singapore)
- Support Talent Acquisition lead in country to manage internship calendar for Shanghai and Singapore
- Engage campus rep on coordinating applicants and campus/ on-site events
- Drive peer level community engagement with students in campus across multiple platforms
- Work experience
- Provide assistance in the recruitment activities including internship program and/or career fairs for graduates program
- Provide administrative and operational support for talent acquisition related activities
- Candidate must be currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related discipline
- Desire to work within a fast pace and multinational environment
- Good interpersonal, communication and networking skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, flexible and creative
- Strong organizing and analytical skills and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
