We are looking for a passionate and highly collaborative UX/UI Designers to join us, you need to play critical thinkers and innovators to collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, product owners and developers to create delightfully intuitive user experiences. You will be surrounded with a growing, global design culture. How We Do? As a UX/UI Designer for Coupang, you’ll be in the unique position to help shape our products both at a macro&micro level and shepherd our relationships with our target users. You will work closely with our Sr. UX designers to create UX and Visual Design deliverables that define features, functionality, pages, page states, and user flows from mobile to desktop and everything in between. You already have a strong foundational knowledge of web design best practices, including mobile first and responsive web design methodologies and are eager to apply this to the classifieds business. You are comfortable working closely with developers to ensure your designs are technically well considered and feasible. A close collaboration with product owner helps you understand the business requirements driving the design, and you are able to balance those requirements with technical feasibility while delivering the best customer experience possible. Responsibilities: Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders Qualifications BS/BA/MA in Industrial Design, Visual Design, User-centered design, HCI, or related field  Demonstrated design skills with a portfolio Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch or other visual design and wire-framing tools Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Excellent oral and written communication skills.
