职位描述：
The Academic Management Trainee Program will provide young talents with an exciting opportunity upon which to accelerate their career at GymboGlobal.
Successful candidates will receive on-going trainings, coaching and mentoring while working on real projects. Precious insight will be attained as they become an integral part of a leading team working alongside with a diverse group of talented professionals.
The high-performing Management Trainees will be given the chance to fast track their careers to academic management positions across a broad range of teaching areas inside of GymboGlobal.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1:Gaining insight into Teaching Procedures
2:Gaining a basic understanding of the scope and size of the China early education marketplace and how it operates
3:Daily support for the academic team
4:Support the Gymbo China home office as assistant
Qualifications.
1. Bachelor degree or above from a global top university, the related major in Education, Pre-school Education or Psychology
2. Committed
3. Open minded
4. Honest, active and optimistic
5. Strong analytical skills
6. Work well under pressure
7. Work well independently or as part of a team
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Passion for early education industry
