Assists to Area Sales Manager and Key Customer Manager for sales coordination. 协助区域销售经理和大客户经理做好销售协调工作。 -following up all sales projects 跟进所有的销售项目 - account-receivable following-up 跟踪应收账款 3. Assists to keep records and reports on all activities.            协助记录保存所有活动的记录和报告。 4. Responsible for sales record and invoice hand out.           负责销售记录和发票分发。 5. Assists in coordinating with the related department to ensure the sales order progress. 协助相关部门以确保销售订单进展顺利。 6. Assists to Key Customer Manager & Area Sales Manager to schedules and arranges meeting, event etc.               协助区域销售经理&大客户经理安排会议、活动等。 7. Provides other administrative service to all Area Sales Mangers and Key Customer Managers. 对所有区域销售经理和大客户经理提供其他行政服务。 8. Assists on Marketing, advertising and promotion program to maximize sales. 协助营销、广告和促销计划来实现销售最大化。 9. Provides preparation work to exhibitions.                提供展览的准备工作。 10. Assists to collect information from market, competitor, etc.                协助收集关于市场、竞争对手方面的信息等。 11. Other assistance work if assigned.                其他指定的协助工作。 JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求       a) Education学历: above college in English or administration related 大专以上学历，英语，行政管理相关专业 b) Experience工作经验:   Over 1-2 years' relative work experience in foreigner company  在外企有2年以上的相关工作经验         c) Competency and Skills 能力和技能: Excellent English commutation skill both in oral and written. Cantonese is preferred. 出色的英语交流能力包括口语和书面。广东话优先 Good PC skill, Such as Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project etc.                         良好的微软软件使用技能，比如Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project ？ Familiar with ERP system, SAP experience preferred. 熟悉ERP系统，SAP经验优先考虑 ？ Strong sense for Confidentiality and responsibility. 强烈的保密意识和责任
