职位描述
1、贷款申请材料等文档的制作、整理、归档
2、对已放款的申请单做质量检查
3、接听客户来电,协调及反馈问题
4、协助进行质检及收集放款经销商反馈意见
5、协助合同登记证扫描装箱
6、协助处理客户抵押备案资料;准备贷款结清材料及法务诉讼材料
7、协助客户材料的寄送工作
职位要求
1、本科及以上在校生,专业不限
2、保证一周三天以上出勤,实习期3个月以上优先
3、熟悉Microsoft办公软件的使用
4、持久力、责任心、脚踏实地;工作积极、专心投入
Job Description
Loan application materials and documents composing and filing;
Quality check for booking applications;
Answer customer calls to reply or feedback on relevant issues;
Assit in conducting quality check and collect dealer feedback via telephone;
Assit in the registration certificate scanning&packing;
Assit in material preparation for customer mortgage registration,settlement or lawsuit;
Assit in mailing of customer material
Qualification:
Junior/Senior student of any discipline in university;
Prefer long term internship(3 Days a week,3 months at least)
Skillful command of Mc Office software,esp.Excel and PPT
Responsible and Down to earth;Devoted in the job
