公司官网:ww***com[点击查看] 福利:做五休二 免费班车 职能类别:出纳员 THE POSITION: Cashier Department: Finance Department Report to : Finance Manager Subordinate: None YOUR TASKS: Bank Related: 50% - Handle all transactions with the bank, such as cash and bill - Reconcile bank account balance and prepare bank reconciliation - Provide Letter of Bank Guarantee and Credibility Certification to customers according to requirement - Supervise the credit availability timely to avoid bank overdraft - Cash & Invoice: 50% - Check and control expense claims according to company regulation - Responsible for daily cash management & reconcile cash among CCS - Provide VAT invocie & proforma invoice to customer timely - Inform logistic / production to release the shipment as soon as 100% payment is received according to contract terms - Prepare the weekly cash report to Finance Manager and Corporate accounting - Others - Documentation: YOUR PROFILE: Education: College or above major in accounting; At least 1 year working experience in accounting background, preferably in manufacturing industry Fresh graduate is acceptable with sound qualification Working license of accounting Good communication skill both in Chinese and English Integrity, strong responsibility and can work independently Ability of dealing with confidential information. Development The candidate should be diligent and affirmative. She/He is capable to be developed to be on accountant in the future
