> Coordinate and lead the activities during project development, e.g. Investment budget, process plan, line setup, product validation, small lot production
> Support NPL team to solve all the problems before mass production
> Align with each department of safe launch target, and track it
Job Requirement：
> Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering or other related
> At least 3 years working experience on automotive or consuming electrical parts manufacturing and 1year of project management experience
> Good communication and expression skills, good capability of target and time management
> Good command of both oral and written English
> Strong team spirit
