Position:
HR Intern (L&D)
Role:
Support
Learning & Development team on daily work and training-related
programs.
Responsibility:
- Assist in
collecting and maintaining training data and certified
trainers.
- Assist in
managing and facilitating the whole process of training
programs.
- Assist in
keeping record of all training activities and generate
reports.
- Support
training projects.
- Support
learning and development daily operation and admin.
Requirements:
- Good
command of spoken and written English
- Good
communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
- Good
logical, analytical and planning skills
- Innovative
and be a quick learner,
proactive attitude, patient and willing to work under high pressure
- Efficient
time management and results oriented
- Proficient PPT &
Excel skills
- Strong
interests in learning & development
- University student
who can work at least 3 days per week, 5 days per week is mostly
preferred
