Position: HR
Intern
Role:
Support Recruitment team on daily work and other recruitment projects.
Responsibility:
1. Candidates interview arrangement via email or phone call
2. Update recruitment database, prepare recruiting related documents and dashboard
3. Support Job posting/ CV screening and other recruitment projects
4. Support daily operation and admin
Requirements:
1. Undergraduate student (graduate on 2018), at least 6 months and at least 4 days a week
2. Good command of spoken and written English
3. Excellent logical thinking, fast learner
4. Flexible and resilient, proactive attitude, patient and willing to work under high pressure
5. Strong interests in HR and recruitment
6. Detailed oriented and willing to deal with routine work
