> Responsible for purchasing according to the purchase requisition to guarantee the operations in order
> Ensure the material, parts, equipment and service are bought at the most competitive price
> Manage and monitor the supplier to implement responsibility base on agreement. Deal with all problems related the business. And support QA to deal quality issue
> Identify new suppliers and agree terms. Continually improve purchasing methods to drive down external spend
> Improve purchase management process, to ensure the purchase department with good work flow with relative department
> Provide the analysis report on the purchasing actions

Job Requirement：
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in Purchasing or other related
> Good command of both oral and written English
> Knowledge in mechanical parts and purchasing process
> Good commercail negotiating skills and communication skills
