Estin & Co is a high-level strategy-consulting firm, based in Paris, London, Zurich and Shanghai. We assist senior executives of Western corporations in their growth strategies. Our projects include group strategy definition, portfolio (re)definition, competitive dynamics analysis, major strategic value chain shifts, acquisition targets valorisation, strategic due diligence.

We specialise in analytical strategy consulting (in-depth research, rational frameworks for decision making, quantitative models for complex operational improvement programmes, etc.). This enables our consultants to develop skills for strategic issues, thereby avoiding dilution of competencies.

Recruiting offer

We currently are looking for Part-time Assistants (3-5 working days a week) for our Shanghai office’s projects.  Candidate who can be on board immediately is highly preferred.

The role will include:

-          Integration in international teams for Chinese projects;

-          Business development in China.

Successful candidate should have:

-          Bachelor degree or above (ideally with business, engineering, maths, or similar degrees);

-          An interest in business, strong analytical and numerical abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills;

-          Capable of desk research, cold call and data associates.

-          Language skill: Chinese (native speaker) and English (fluent).
