职位描述:
1. 掌握产品及相关医学知识,参与临床拜访,组织专业学术活动,推广公司产品,提升史赛克品牌形象和产品市场占有率
2. 开拓新客户,维系老客户,建立长久的合作关系
3. 提供有效的技术服务支持,如手术室跟台等,对医生及经销商进行产品使用指导及培训,确保客户满意度
4. 制定销售计划,实现所负责区域的销售目标,并持续增长
1. Learn product and medical knowledge, participate in clinical field calls, organize academic activities to promote Stryker products thus to enhance brand awareness and increase our market share
2. Develop new accounts while maintain current ones, establish long term relationships
3. Provide effective and professional support, e.g. OR on-site service, guide and train physicians and dealers to use products so as to ensure customers’ total satisfaction
4. Make the account plan, achieve the sales target in assigned territory and win for sustainable growth
职位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,专业不限,医学或市场营销相关专业为佳

1. Bachelor degree or above, medical/sales/marketing related area as a plus
