岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 机械设计包括：
  Mechanical design for multi-market and automotive product, including:
 ·根据博世工程生产步骤的技术要求分析和设计概念；
   Technical requirement analysis and concept design according to Bosch product engineering process;
 ·公差计算和原因影响的关系分析；
   Tolerance calculation and cause effect relationship analysis (force, thermal, environment load, etc. );
 ·3D模型建立；
   3D model build up;
 ·2D图纸创建；
   2D drawing creation;
 ·和供应商和博世生产技术讨论；
   technical discussion with supplier and manufacturing of Bosch;
 ·测量校准支持和偏差判断；
   measurement alignment support and deviation list judgement;
 ·审计步骤和PPAP 释放支持；
   Process audit and PPAP release support;
- 和内部外部的设计协调；
  Design coordination with internal and external departments (MD, PJM, Layout, Purchase department, etc);
- 量产产品支持，包括:
  Series production support, including:
 ·产品的问题解决或产品故障；
   problem sloving on part or product failure;
 ·产品的风险评估或产品故障；
   risk assessment of part or product failure;
- 机械设计的文件。
  Documentation of mechanical design.

岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 硕士或博士以上学历，机械设计及相关专业；
  Master degree or Phd, Mechanical design related;
- 熟悉仿真相关专业软件，如：Pro/E；
  Knowledge of simulation software: Pro/E; 
- 拥有机械、材料、物理等专业知识；
  Knowledge on mechanics, material, physics;
- 积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
  Self motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit;
- 英语听说读写流利；
  English written and verbal;
- 积极融入并在国际化的团队中发挥作用。
  Willingness to work and interact in international teams.
