岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 生产线设备维护与维修；
  Line equipments maintenance and trouble shooting on production floor;
- 生产线上工具的保养和管理；
  Line tool maintenance and management;
- 生产线制程技术责任人与问题解决；
  Line process owner and trouble shooting;
- 生产线程序准备 与问题解决；
  Line programming preparation and trouble shooting;
- 负责自己制程的不良率的改善；
  Responsible for own process FOR improvement;
- 负责自己制程的生产效率的改善；
  Responsible for own process Utilization improvement;
- 参加每日Q-base会议；
  Participate daily Q-base meeting;
- 与生产及相关部门同事紧密合作；
  Close cooperation with production and related group colleague;
- 成为全面生产维护的专家，并负责全面生产维护的有效执行；
  Total productivity maintenance (TPM) experts of line, and responsible for effective TPM;
- 每周和主管一起讨论任务和工作的进展；
  Weekly meeting with supervisor to review defined topics and tasks status;
- 培训和教导Service技术员,以及定期考核技术员（制程 + 设备）；
  Training and coaching service technician, regulary evaluation technician (process + equipment);
- 培训生产线人员（制程 + 设备）；
  Training production people (process + equipment);
- 负责生产线的备件与易耗品使用的控制；
  Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumables line;
- 支持EWAK, d-sample；
  EWAK, d-sample production support;
- 其他可能分配的特殊任务；
  Assignments of special tasks;
- 需要电话待命来支持生产线的设备或制程问题的解决；
  On-call to support machine or process issue;
- 负责生产线的文件，定期的文件更新(FMEA, PQP, TPM, WI, etc.)；
  Owner of Documentation，and regular update of documents (FMEA, PQP, TPM, WI, etc.);
- 参加line circle。
  Participate line circle.

岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 本科或以上学历，机械, 电子及相关专业；
  Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or equivalent;
- 积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
  Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit;
- 英语听说读写流利；
  English written and verbal;
- 积极融入并在国际化的团队中发挥作用。 
  Willingness to work and interact in international teams.
