岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 检验质量/可追溯性改进协调；
  Coordinate of inspection quality/traceability improvement; 
- 成为生产线上设置“防火墙”的关键团队成员；
  Be key team member for setting up “Fire Wall” in manufacturing lines;
- 与过程更改或客户投入情况一起，与规划工程师一起审核和更新PFMEA；
  Work together with Planning engineer review and update PFMEA in case of process change or customer input;
- 早期预警系统实施和快速反应；
  Early warning system implementation & quick reaction;
- 使用生产和流程来提高流通率（QWI＆Component Damage）；
  Work with production & process to improve the slip through rate (QWI & Component damage);
- 与生产、工艺、TEF合作，确保产品追溯（分析站）；
  Work with Production & Process & TEF to ensure the product traceability (Analysis station);
- 从测试过程中分析失效部分，找出潜在风险（分析站）；
  Analysis the failure parts from testing process, to find out the potential risk (Analysis station);
- 跟踪生产线上工程变更实施情况；
  Track the implementation of engineering changes in manufacturing lines;
- 协调和跟踪来自客户审核，质量体系审核，流程审核或产品审核的制造业的开放点；
  Coordinate and follow up the open points belong to manufacturing which come from customer audit, quality system audit, process audit or product audit;
- 内部报废成本（IFC＆NONIFC）和FOR报告准备。
  Internal failure cost (IFC & NONIFC) & FOR report preparing.

岗位要求Job Requirements: 
- 本科或以上学历，机械, 自动化及相关专业；
  Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation or equivalent;
- 积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
  Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit;
- 英语听说读写流利；
  English written and verbal;
- 积极融入并在国际化的团队中发挥作用。
  Willingness to work and interact in international teams.
