Responsibilities:
1. 熟悉亚马逊业务知识,及系统流程
2. 负责TMall 旗舰店的售前,售后咨询问题
3. 负责通过TMall旗舰店联系客户的退换货,退款,故障排除,配送,发票等问题。
4. 物流采用亚马逊FBA模式,需在亚马逊系统和TMall系统中频繁切换来完成操作。
5. 熟练操作TMall系统,包括阿里旺旺等软件,并能多聊天窗口服务。
6. 良好的沟通能力和快速学习能力。
Qualifications:
1. 打字速度50字/分钟以上(熟练操作即可,速度不做强制要求)。
2. 愿意接受新鲜事物,接受挑战,有较强的抗压能力。
3. 快速学习能力,能快速上手TMall 各项操作和适应新的绩效考核指标。
4. 熟悉TMall或淘宝购物,退换货流程者优先。
5. 熟悉阿里旺旺操作者优先。
工资待遇:实习期15元/小时,综合工资2640元;转正待遇4000以上。
工作时间:8小时制,上五休二,轮休倒班。
工作地点:成都高新区天府软件园
Responsibilities:
1. Answer customer calls and provide service to customers by Alitalk, solve the problems encountered by customers in shopping.
2. Communicate with customer product information by Alitalk to promote the customer order
3. Deal with sales return、drawback、invoice and evaluating problems in Tmall flagship store , resolve customer after-sales problem
4. Collect customer comments, a good deal with the customer’s evaluating and complaint and upgrade customer’s problems in time.
5. Correctly and rapidly handing of customer temporary problems
6. Collect customer problems and some unclear description in the page, cooperate with colleagues to increase the page information’s finished degree after checking with other Tmall flagship store to help customer for self-help shopping.
Qualifications:
1. Standard Chinese, kindly language, and the strong ability of language expression
2. Flexible reaction and clear thinking
3. Have a strong sense of customer service consciousness, be good at telephone communication
4. Have exceptional communication skills 、executive capacity and coordinate ability. Have the strong sense of teamwork.
5. Be fit in working in shifts, and work under pressure
6. Familiarity with Windows , MS Office
7. Typing speed can not less than 50 words per minute
8. College degree and above
