Challenge Program

This is a 3.5-year graduate program with three placements, providing early career development opportunities for high potential young graduates to accumulate cross BU knowledge/skills to be future leaders. With structured development plan, graduates will benefit from a broad base of support and trainings from senior leaders, line manager, mentor and colleagues. All these personal mentoring, structured learning programs, expert advice and regular appraisals will help prepare you for great success with BP.

Role Synopsis

The roles in Retail are mainly focusing on Retail operational excellence. We provide job rotations in Retail business to help you understand how to manage all aspects of our fuel stations and convenience store business in joint ventures. Through different roles/assignments, you will be able to deliver high customer service standards, and drive for performance and efficiencies that enable the business to achieve its financial and operational aspirations. You will have the chance to work in fuel stations so as to understand the whole process of Retail operations and obtain the knowledge of customer relationship management. You will also have the chance to work with senior managers of BP Retail to know how to manage Sales and Marketing functions in Retail.

Requirements 

- Bachelor degree or above

- Demonstrates passion for retail and customer service

- Awareness of using data and information for analysis

- Good planning & organisational skills

- Demonstrates good communication skills
