Responsibilities工作职责：
- Customer project Application Development(Analyze customer requirement, Develop application variant based on existed platform, Support internal and external customer, Track project status);
客户项目开发（分析客户需求，基于现有平台做应用变形开发，对内外部客户进行支持，跟踪项目进度）；
- Join in The Engineering Development, Base on the concept of engineering, join in application tools, manage current tools;
参与BE工程化开发, 基于BE工程化开发理念，参与相应工具开发，维护现有工具；
- Process Improvement, Raise the process improve suggestion so as to enhance the development efficiency and efficiency and quality;
过程改进, 从提高开发效率和开发质量角度提出开发流程改进建议；
- Quality control(Ensure all working during project development to be in line with defined process, Ensure the quality of the development, Resolve BE quality complain about system ,hardware, software),
质量控制（确保在项目开发过程中全面符合以定义的质量流程，确保开发产品无质量问题，解决BE关于系统，软件，硬件的质量投诉问题）。
Requirements任职要求：
- Master’s degree or above in the related areas;
硕士或以上学历，电子类专业；
- Knowledge of Knowledge of BE product development;
熟悉汽车车身电子的开发过程；
- Be familiar with the quality tools like FMEA, 8D;
熟练掌握FMEA、8D等质量工具；
- Fluent with English or German;
英语或德语熟练；
- Communication skills, leadership skills.
