公司官网:ww***com[点击查看] 福利:专业培训 国际平台 项目经验 职能类别:汽车/摩托车工程师 职能类别:机械工程师 PURPOSE: - Support the field test engineers to fulfill their commitment to the business segments - Plan, schedule and organise field trial activities on a day to day basis - Collate, analyse and review field test data - Maintain good working relationships with fleets and suppliers - Produce timely updates and reports highlighting problems and issues RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES: Technical Support and Project Coordination - Responsible for the day to day running of field trials and supporting the field test engineers - Apply engineering skills and knowledge to support the field trial activities - Locate and establish relationship with test sites to match testing needs identified by the engineers - Preserve good relationships with fleets, suppliers and all stakeholders - Maintain the Field Test Management System (FTMS) with all relevant data - Coordinate the collection and analysis of used oil samples & operational data and resolving problems with data as it occurs - Leverage trends in data to shape solutions and generate ideas - Suggest and implement improvement actions with a proactive and creative approach - Purchasing vehicle parts and test equipment required to run field trials - Developing fleet documentation required to start and run field trials - Provide regular updates to engineers on field trial progress and identify hurdles and issues - Responsible for test report preparation and inspection process coordination Support Division and Field Test Group Goals - Support the Testing Division goals and report progress to the Field Test Engineers - Support processes that ensure operating flexibility in response to customer demands - Review project progress on a regular basis and notify engineers of the issues, roadblocks and successes as they occur - Partner with colleagues at other global Testing Division locations, striving for consistency in processes and resource sharing when practical REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS: - Background in Automotive or Mechanical engineering preferred - General knowledge of automotive technology and the OEMs - Working knowledge of English language, written and spoken - Data analysis and ability to provide conclusions on field testing - Ability to provide clear, concise and timely reports reviewing the pertinent details, status and results of test activities - Good personal communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of field test personnel - High computer skills, Excel/Microsoft Word/PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. - Able to work 3 days per week, 1 year availability is preferred.
