• 目的：为机器人部在中国吸引及培养优秀及具发展潜质的工程背景人才，以加强ABB机器人部在中国技术人才梯队

   

• 岗位：入职即定岗在各业务单元的工程职位上。

 

 

• 内容：培训生加入ABB后将进入为期一年的机器人培训及在职定向轮岗培养阶段，以了解和熟悉不同产品、基本技术、公司组织架构和业务运作流程等

   

   

  应聘条件：

• 工程类院校机械、自动化及相关专业硕士学历；

• 熟悉该技术领域内相关软件编程及硬件设计，熟练使用各相关计算机软件

Location: Kangqiao, Shanghai Pudong

 

Program Introduction:

• Purpose: To attract and develop potential talents with engineering background as well as strengthen the technical talent pipeline for ABB Robotics in China。

•  

• Job Placement: Placed in position of engineering function.

   

• Process: 1 year directionally-trained in different positions and departments, relevant product and technology training in order to facilitate the trainees to better understand the Robotics products, fundamental technology, organization structure and operational processes, etc.

 

Qualifications:

• Master degree majored in mechanical, electrical or related area;

• Familiar with programming software, hardware and computer software in the field of related major;

• Good presentation skills in both Mandarin and English;

• Good interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills;

• Strong desire for new technology and best solutions for engineering;

• Keen on learning;

• Willing to take challenges;

• Strong team spirit;

• Flexible for travels on request
