Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the project process, administration and ensure the projects are on schedule.
Job Responsibilities
1.Providing support to Customer Service Co-ordinators 20%
2.Maintains database, documentation 35%
3.Prepares quotation and invoice 15%
4.Assist the Coordinator, Customer Service to prepare different kind of client analysis report 10%
5.Ensuring compliance with the requirements defined in Global System Procedures and Local Procedures 10%
6.Handle Ad hoc projects, perform other duties assigned by Assistant Manager, Customer Service 10%
Job Requirements
1.College degree or above
2.Detail oriented, self-motivation, can work under pressure and strong team player
3.Good communication and interpersonal skills
4.Good computer skill
5.Good command of English
