Delphiis seeking qualified and motivated candidates to join the Finance LeadershipDevelopment Program (FLDP) which is designed to develop Delphi’s nextgeneration of leadership. The program offers key finance developmentpositions, an extensive finance and leadership training program, meaningfulinteraction with senior leadership both inside and outside of the financeorganization, and positions across the scope of Delphi’s global operations.
Forbachelor and master graduates, the program consists of three rotations, with atleast one as an international assignment. For MBA graduates, the programconsists of two rotations, with one as an international assignment. FLDP positions are throughout the financeorganization, both centrally and within our divisions, in all functions acrossthe finance organization, including:
- Accounting
- Corporate Development (M&A and Strategy)
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Internal Audit
- Investor Relations
- Tax
- Treasury
Theprogram is led by senior Delphi finance professionals and mentors and iscommitted to developing strong leaders for the future with the opportunity foraccelerated career growth. Following successful completion of thisrigorous program, employees are placed in positions that continue to providedevelopment opportunities and increasing responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Finance or accounting majors strongly preferred
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Leadership capability – campus or other organization leadership experience ideal
