You’ll spend time in functions such as Risk, Operations, Finance, Information Technology (IT) and Human Resources. And you’ll develop your knowledge in these functions and gain a wider perspective. As well as on-the-job learning and a seasoned mentor to provide guidance, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics.
