1、  职位：供应链管理实习生

Roles & Responsibilities of the Intern:

·  Shipping scheduling from Brazil and distribution of blend between ports, including interaction with commercial dept./sales team

·  Planning of blend in the ports in China incl. follow-up of performance and delivery

·  Control of the volumes and qualities handled: import, blending and delivery to customer, incl. validation and reconciliation of data in excel data base and SAP and stock adjustments

·  Support contract management of the Port Service Agreement and the supervision companies involved in blending operation incl. validate payments, prepare audits, etc

 

Job Requirements

·  At least bachelor degree

·  Fluent in English in both writing and speaking

·  Good at Office software e.g. excel

2、  职位：质量管理实习生

Roles & Responsibilities of the Intern:

· Maintaining Database

· Checking Inspection Certificate

· SAP Data Input

· Daily Communication with Inspection Company

· Cargo Weight Calculation
