2008年，TDK集团并购Epcos集团。爱普科斯电阻电容(珠海)有限公司是TDK集团以及总部位于德国和日本磁性元器件事业部的一部分。公司成立于1997年， 现有员工6000人，专业从事电感类被动电子元器件的研究、开发、生产和销售的公司。公司主要产品包括变压器、电感线圈、功率电感、EMC滤波器、高电流功率电感，产能为每年两亿个。产品被广泛应用于汽车、绿色能源、工业、通信设备和多个消费类电子领域。

EPCOS (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of EPCOS Group, which situated in Munich, Germany, formerly known as Siemens Matsushita Components, and it was founded in 1989 at Munich, Germany, by combining Siemens’s advantage in the field of industrial electronics and Matsushita’s advantage in the field of consumer electronics. Siemens Matsushita Components was renamed as EPCOS in October 1999, and became one of the largest electronic component manufacturer in the world.

EPCOS Group was acquired by TDK Corporation in the year of 2008. EPCOS (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. is a part of TDK Corporation as well as a part of Magnetic Group, which headquartered both in Germany and Japan. The company was founded in 1997 and currently employs approximately 6000 employees, mainly focusing on research, develop, manufacture and sale of inductive and passive electronic components. EPCOS‘s portfolio includes transformer, inductor coil, power inductor, EMC filter, high current power inductor etc. with the annual production capacity of 200 million units. Company’s products are widely used in automobile, green energy, industrial, telecommunication and consumer electronics.
