To Acceleratethe Development of Future Finance Leaders

 

The China Finance Talent Program is to accelerate the development offuture leaders in the company’s finance organization.

During this 2-year program, the candidates will rotate among differentfinancial functions to gain better understanding of the overall organizationand to better understand the business operations.

Walmart China is a business with 100k associates in a fast-change,energetic and growth market.

The company will offer meaningful technical and soft-skill learningopportunities, experienced and intellectual coaches and teammates, and the exposureto Senior Leadership team. The successful candidates will be offered a manager levelpositions after graduation from the program.

Job responsibilities

There are 3 rotations; each will be about 8months in an assigned financial function. As a key member of each team, the candidate is expected to work closelywith the team, understand the business operation, and develop financial analysisthat will help drive business outcomes in order to make differences to thefast-changing and exciting business. The rotation will be among:

·   FinancialPlanning & Analysis

·   Business FinancePartner team

(OperationFinance, Merchandising Finance, Ecommerce Finance etc.)

·   Controllership

·   Internal Audit

·   Tax

·   Treasury

·   Shared Service Finance

Requirements

·   Graduates from well-knowneducational institutions

·   Degree in Business/Finance

·   Strong analyticalskills, be able to make sound judgments in his/her expert areas

·   Problem solvingcapability

·   Able tocommunicate logically and clearly to various level of partners both in Chineseand in English

·   Customercentered
