Responsibilities
1. Operate the company car arrangement and make record accordingly.
2. Office Environment maintenance, provide clear and tidy working environment and keep eyes on all equipment. Make sure all equipment running well and monitor all public area.
3. Meeting room management, maintain the meeting room environment, ensure all equipments, such as projector, light all are work smoothly. Keep the meeting room clear and tidy. And make the meeting room booking arrangement, and make sure not conflicting usage.
4. Office cost, Administrator is obligate to down the cost, keep the admin record accordingly by item and dates , provide this information for cost saving the following year.
5. Staff leave, assist HR manager to record all Employee’s leave correctly, including leave application and leaves balance. Make sure not error of data.
6. Staff data, record the staff information on board and departure correctly and carefully ,not error for any sensitive information exposed
7. Confidential sense, as a administrator, some sensitive information involved in your daily work, such expense , staff personal information , share folder information , CEO’s personal license copies etc, you have responsibility for all those information safety.
8. Hospitalities, as a receptionist, you are ambassador of the company, all your gesture and behavior impress our visitor, you need to focus on dress code and manners in phone and face to face.
9. and office safety, we need to record all visitor ,no visitor access the working area without permit ,and make sure all office keys holder have been record .and office key have been storage and easy management.
