Responsibility岗位职责:
u Continuously improve the quality controlling in production test floor by work together with test floor staff与生产部门合作,不断改进生产测试的质量管理
u Developing, reviewing and optimizing the in line inspection and in line auditing specification to improve the effectiveness and efficiency by studying the previous accumulated data开发,回顾并优化产线内的检查机审核规范,通过查看过去收集的数据来提高效率及效力
u Dispose the on hold lots daily每日处理on hold的产品批次
u Working on complex quality issues by joining MRB meeting, 8D team that from cross function groups 参加MRB会议,8D跨部门团队会议,从而解决复杂的质量问题
Requirement 岗位要求:
u BS or equivalent majored in Semiconductor or electronic engineering本科学历,微电子或电子工程相关专业。
u Basic project managerial skills, Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistics skills基本的项目管理技巧,实验设计(DOE)和数据分析技能
u Fluent English and communication, presentation skill英语沟通流畅
