Promote MPS products to customers’ R&D team and conduct training for customers on how to design the power system
为客户研发团队介绍公司产品并提供整体解决方案，对主要客户提供电源设计方面的培训以及提供技术支持。
Responsibilities岗位职责:
u Technical support to key customers on MPS products and help customers to solve the issues 为大客户提供技术支持，解决技术问题
u Design the power board for key customers and offer the competitive solution 为大客户设计电源线路以及提供有效的解决方案
u Conduct product presentation and training to internal and distributors’ sales 为MPS及代理商销售人员做产品介绍及培训
u Feedback information to Marketing& Design team on market trend, competitor analysis, and new product definition 向市场及研发团队反馈市场趋势、竞争对手信息以及新产品定义方向
Requirements岗位要求:
u Strong technical knowledge of products具有扎实的产品技术知识
u Ability to take initiative in problem solving具有积极主动解决问题能力
u Good interpersonal skills具有良好的人际交往能力
u Adaptability- ability to meet changed condition具有较强的适应力
u Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good team spirit具有强烈的责任心、上进心及团队合作精神
u Fluent English (both written and spoken) 流利的英语书面及口语能力
u Master majoring in Power Electronics / Electronics Engineering / Microelectronics or other electronics related电力电子与传动、电子工程、微电子或其他与电相关专业的硕士学历
