European firm in Shanghai is looking for a legal intern available now.

Job description:

- 
Draft on a weekly basis an update on new Chinese laws and regulations;

- 
Conduct legal research for clients;

- 
Draft Memorandum;

- 
Follow up the incorporation process of companies in Hong Kong and China;

- 
Draft and review various contracts;

- 
Translate of legal documents from English to Chinese and Chinese to English;

The candidate will have the following experience:

- 
Minimum bachelor degree in Law.

- 
Excellent working knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Mandarin Chinese and/or French will be considered an asset.

- 
Ability to work effectively in a team;

- 
Excellent communication skills;

- 
Ability to work on several projects at the same time.

The duration of the internship will be 3 to 6 months.
