岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:
- 内部跨部门沟通并且根据客户需求作出相应设计；
Work together with cross function teams (application, project, material, production, and quality), based on customer requirement to design a reliable product, and support project team to reach the target;
- 熟悉UG绘图软件；
Use UG to develop and design Spark Plug, including: 3D & 2D drawings;
- 与全球研发团队一起合作项目；
Work together with global ENG team and lead specific technical project;
- 支持工厂相关生产。
Manufacturing support to the plant, including: failure root cause analysis, design based on failure model, and risk evaluation.

岗位要求 Job Requirements:
- 硕士以上学历，机械工程专业；
Master degree with mechanical engineering background or equivalen
- 有机械设计相关经验；
Mechanical design / simulation experience during study or working;
- 英文熟练；
Proficient English with good communication ability;
- 熟练使用UG等3D绘图软件；
Proficient in using UG or other 3D tools;
- 熟悉生产过程；
Understand tolerance calculation, manufacturing and tooling process;
- 团队精神，沟通良好；
Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit;
- 愿意在国际化团队工作。
Willingness to work and interact in international teams.
