二、岗位职责

为顺应国家“一带一路”战略要求，现公司“一带一路”项目组欲招聘专项人员，重点负责“一带一路”沿线重点工程项目及其他所有海外业务，具体如下：

1． 负责收集海外项目所涉国家当地的政治环境、法律法规等各方面信息及相关风险分析。

2． 负责具体业务资料的翻译。

3． 与海外业务当地国家保险公司的沟通及交流。

4． 审核具体项目风险，提供风险管理方案，跟进项目实施及出单。

5． 参与总对总为主的海外业务客户、渠道的拓展维护。

6． 参与总部海外业务经营的市场策划营销工作。

7． 落实客户保险服务工作。

8． 协助团队完成其他相关工作。

 

三、任职要求

1.  精通“一带一路”沿线涉及国家官方语言及汉语，听说读写及翻译能力良好。

2.  熟悉语种涉及的国家当地文化及政治、法律政策等相关信息。

3.  出色的文字功底，理解力强，表达准确，文笔流畅优美。

4.  具有较强洽谈沟通能力，优秀的外联和公关能力，较强团队协作和人际协调能力。

5.  工作细致认真，谨慎细心，责任心强。

6.  精通法语，西班牙语，俄语及阿拉伯语者优先；除汉语及英语外，掌握多种语言者优先。

7.  有相关保险、金融、经济或工程专业知识者优先。

8.  有相关语言等级证书者优先。

9.  不限国籍。

I.                    Introduction of company

China Pacific Insurance (Group) Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as CPIC) was formed on the basis of China Pacific Insurance Co. Ltd., which was set up on May 13, 1991. Headquartered in Shanghai, the Company is one of China’s leading insurance groups listed in both Shanghai and Hong Kong. In recent years, CPIC has been continuously selected into Fortune 500 of <Forbes> of United States and <Financial Times> of United Kingdom. In 2016, our Group operating revenues amounted to RMB267.014 billion, of which, gross written premiums (GWPs) reached RMB234.018 billion, with net profits of RMB12.057 billion.

 

China Pacific Property Insurance Company underwrites all kinds of property insurance in RMB and foreign currency. Our company accepts risk in all kinds of industries and areas including aerospace area, electricity and energy, petrochemical industry, infrastructure construction and financial trade, ship and automobile, machineries and equipments, electric communication, storage and logistics. At present, the company has completed the organization layout in provincial administrative regions in mainland China, and has 41 branches and more than 2,100 sub-branches.

 

II.                 Position description

To comply with the requirements of the national strategy "The Belt and Road", now the "The Belt and Road" project team of our company plans to recruit specialized person，mainly focus on the major projects along the “The Belt and Road” and all other overseas businesses, details are as follows:

1.       Responsible for the collection of the information includes the local political environment, the laws and regulations and so on various aspects information of the countries involved in overseas project and provides related risk analysis.

2.       Responsible for the translation of specific project materials.

3.       Communication with the local insurance company involved in oversea project.

4.       Check the project risk, provide risk management solutions, and follow up the implementation and policy issuance of the project.

5.       Participate in development and maintenance of oversea clients and brokers.

6.       Participate in marketing planning and operations of oversea project of headquarters.

7.       Provide insurance service for clients.

8.       Assist the team to complete other related work.

 

III.              Position requirements

1.       Proficient in official language of the countries involved in "The Belt and Road" and Chinese, good at listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating.

2.       Familiar with the local culture and politics background, legal policy, and other relevant information of the involved country.

3.       Excellent writing skills, good understanding, accurate expression, fluent and graceful writing.

4.       Strong communication skills, excellent public relations skills, strong teamwork abilities and interpersonal skills.

5.       Work with carefulness, serious caution and strong sense of responsibility.

6.       Proficient in French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic is preferred; mastering multiple languages except Chinese and English is preferred.

7.       Relevant knowledge in insurance, finance, economics or engineering is preferred.

8.       Certificate of related language is preferred.

9.       No limitation to nationality.
