岗位职责 Responsibilities:
- Work with customers and intercompany team to provide coating solutions, include materials and spray process and lab report.
- Develop new thermal spray coatings and/or optimizing existing coating performance, as well as implementing process controls to ensure that the coatings are deposited in a reproducible manner.
- Support materials and equipment business, proactive solution projects.
任职要求 Requirements:
- Master degree in Material, Chemistry, Surface Engineering.
- Solid knowledge of Thermal Spray coating.
- Good knowledge of coating lab testing and analysis.
- Good in English, written and verbal.
