Main Purpose of The Job
Communications Professional with the responsibility to provide wide range of general support to Communication function, which may include support to different communications projects, as well as communications administration support.
Key Outputs and Measurements
Cluster BSC (in line with CBP)
Practice Area specific projects implementation
Support to Project management and planning
Timely delivery of tasks
Key Relationships
Internal within MC and communications function
External with specific agencies, service providers
Critical Experience
Marketing, Communications, or Environment related internship experience preferable, or limited working experience if has MBA or MA degree in marketing or communications (see minimum education)
Native or very strong English skills and preferably additional European languages
Very strong and proven expertise in working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and related programs
Minimum Education
Master degree or equivalent in business, marketing or communication or MBA, MA in marketing or communications with limited working experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support of controlling of Communications annual activity plans (may include Public Affairs)
Support in planning and implementation of internal and external communications projects
Support in organizing and implementing MC/BU internal and external events
Support of implementation of MC/ BU internal communication agenda including communication support with the key stakeholders.
