Responsibilities:
- Lead customer requirement analyzing and prepare technical proposal.
- Make planning for the DAS project development interfacing with PMs, Sales, Quality and the plant.
- Manage technical and process development to meet timing, budget, technical performance, and product quality
requirements.
- Lead multifunctional project team(s) to assure completion of all project tasks.
- Develop product specifications to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct design reviews and program reviews.
