Responsibilities:
? Lead customer requirement analyzing and prepare technical proposal
? Make planning for the airbag ECU project development interfacing with PMs, Sales, Quality and the plant
? Manage technical and process development to meet timing, budget, technical performance, and product quality requirements.
? Lead multifunctional project team(s) to assure completion of all project tasks.
? Develop product specifications to meet customer requirements.
? Conduct design reviews and program reviews.
