Our Research and Innovation Centre (RIC) is an internal research unit whose mission is to help develop the firm’s capabilities to serve clients with leading-edge thinking, data and knowledge resources. RIC serves as a centre of excellence for developing research papers, synthesizing technical developments and managing and implementing new data resources and tools.

Benefits

Benefits team provide specialist economic and other analytical research skills to build and interpret intellectual capital on corporate employee benefits. Our work include developing new services for health care, retirement planning, and pension risk management, and supporting consultants in various research projects. We also design and analyze global research surveys of employers and employees, and produce market-leading research with research articles and white papers.

Investment, Risk and Reinsurance (IRR)

IRR team provide core research and consulting support service on a host of business challenges related to insurance industry, pension and investment by using skills ranging from financial modelling techniques to in-depth and sophisticated analysis. In doing so, we help our clients understand and manage risk and complexity in their business.

Talent and Reward (T&R)

Talent & Rewards team provide core research and consulting support service on a wide range of topics covering human capital strategy, including executive compensation, talent management, rewards planning, and organizational effectiveness. The research examines the up-to-date market trend under a dynamic business environment, so as to provide human resource relating solutions to market leaders.

 Junior Analyst (open to Benefits, IRR and T&R teams)

工作职责:

  1. 与公司资深研究人员和顾问良好合作,提供高品质服务

  2. 引领相关市场和行业前沿研究,能够提出并开展创新型项目研究

  3. 咨询支持服务

职位要求:

  1. 重点院校研究生及以上学历,专业要求: 经济、金融、数学、统计以及人力资源等专业背景优先

  2. 熟练掌握相关经济和统计类软件(如STATA, SPSS, SAS等);熟练使用MATLABVBAR等语言的申请者优先

  3. 熟练掌握学术理论知识,并能够实际运用

  4. 有项目研究经历,发表过论文或者学术报告者优先

  5. 优异的语言表达能力,尤其是英文写作和口语

  6. 工作细致,良好的分析能力,富有团队精神

  7. 良好的领导能力,创新力和执行力

  8. 长期发展的意愿,能在时间紧迫的情况下处理多个任务
