Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
Work closely with China and global (US, Japan) development team to build the future of test system
Design and develop architecture/modules/features in software to meet business requirement
Continuously optimize test software and algorithm to reduce test cycle time/cost and improve test accuracy
Troubleshoot and resolve issues which might be occurring in the test software, test firmware;
Document test related software and processes
Provide training and technical support to oversee factory (Thailand, Philippines)
May have international travel as needed for development activities and factory on-site support
Requirements:
Bachelor/Master degree or above in Computer Science or related technical field
Strong hands-on experience with software development in C#/C++, script language
(TCL, Python) is plus
Excellent software design, problem solving and debugging skills, firmware program experience
is plus
Experience with the use of source code management tools (SVN, Git)
Demonstrated self-managing, flexibility and adaptability
Good oral and written skills for communication and documentation in English and strong presentation skills
