Specialist 1, HR Operations
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for China employee onboarding, termination, contract management preparation; collecting materials; and maintaining data in local system
Making sure a no-issue termination procedure in China in terms of documentation preparation; checklist completion and all essential communications
Assisting data maintenance in local system for all types of employees
Supporting employee annual physical check and make sure a smooth execution from the beginning to the end
Providing assistance to employee occupational injury and both internal/external communications
Other ad-hoc work required based on projects and team needs
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in related majors, Master degree is preferred
Good communication skills in both oral & written English
Good analytics skill
Proficient in MS office tools (Word; PowerPoint; Excel
Quick learner and willing to take challenges
Be a team player
