> Ensure the best performance of all the lines, in terms of down time, cost of maintenance, and recovery time of fixing technical issues on the line
> Daily maintenance activities, trouble shooting on the line, etc
> Equipment preventive and predictive maintenance. Prepare and update maintenance plan
> Responsible for equipment calibration, complicated repair
> Coach technician for maintenance related activities, such as: know how, and TPM
> Cooperate with process quality improvement
> Spare parts management, such as: plan, record, etc.; control the cost of spare parts

Job Requirement：
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical and Electronic background
> Experience in high precision assembly or test for automation industry is preferred
> Good understanding of automotive engineering
> Good communication skills
> Good intercultural competence and willingness to work in international team
> Good command of both oral and written English
